From idea to
first paying customers.
Launch is the Revise track for idea-stage founders with an MVP or first users. Four months with a named operator: build the team, find the problem worth solving, ship the MVP and win your first paying customers. We take no equity.
+ VAT for an individual founder, or 1,000 USD + VAT for a founding team. Paid only if you are accepted.

at the start.
Launch is for founders who have started building but are not selling at scale yet. If you already have paying customers, revenue or a funding round behind you, Revise Scale is the better fit.
A problem you know well
You have picked a problem, talked to the people who have it and can explain why your team should solve it.
Something people can use
A prototype, a no-code build or a first version of the product. It does not need to be finished.
Early users or a pilot
A handful of users, a waitlist or a pilot customer. Paying customers are a goal of Launch, not a requirement to join.
Nothing built yet? Start with the free founder community, co-founder matching and our founder guides, then apply once you have an MVP or first users.
Six topics,
four months.
Fundraising and growth marketing come later, in Scale. Launch covers what idea-stage founders need first, in this order, with live workshops every week, your operator in between and Revise OS throughout.
Founding team and co-founder fit
Agree roles and commitment, find a missing co-founder through co-founder matching, and settle the founders’ agreement and equity split early.
Problem and customer discovery
Interview 20 or more potential customers and narrow down to one problem people already spend time or money on.
From prototype to MVP
Scope the smallest product that solves that problem and build it lean, with no-code and AI tools where they fit. Leave with a 90-day product plan.
First users to first paying customers
Get the MVP into users’ hands, run pilots, test a first price and close the first payment. Early selling, not a marketing plan.
Business model and early numbers
A simple model, your unit economics and the five metrics worth tracking from now on.
Company foundations
Registration, IP and contract templates, plus grants and partner credits through Revise OS, so the basics are in place.
After Launch, you keep Revise OS for twelve months and stay in the alumni network. Once you have revenue, Revise Scale is the next step.
The programme,
sized for the start.
The same operators, tools and network as every Revise member, focused on the first job: turning an MVP into something people pay for.
1:1 with a named operator
Someone who has built and scaled companies works with you through the four months, not a rotating cast of speakers.
Live sessions every week
Online workshops on customers, product, pricing and early sales, with mentors in between.
Our AI platform for twelve months
AI mentorship, a grants engine, partner credits and your funding materials in one place.
A ready-for-Scale review
At the end of month four, an honest look at where the company stands and what it takes to move up to Scale.
Founders around you
The founder community, co-founder matching and an alumni network that stays with you.
No equity, ever
We take no equity, now or later, and no warrants.
One fee. No equity.
Applying is free. You pay only if you are accepted and choose to join. VAT is added at the applicable rate.
500 USD + VAT
For a solo founder, or one founder joining on behalf of the company.
1,000 USD + VAT
For the whole founding team, two or more founders, joining together.
0%
Not now, not later, not through warrants.
Questions about
Launch.
Cannot find your answer? WhatsApp us or email hello@revise.africa.
Who is Revise Launch for?
Idea-stage founders with an MVP or first users, building in or for Africa. If you already have paying customers, revenue or a funding round, Revise Scale is the better fit.
How much does Revise Launch cost?
500 USD + VAT for an individual founder, or 1,000 USD + VAT for a founding team of two or more. Applying is free, and you pay only if you are accepted and join.
Does Revise take equity in Launch companies?
No. Revise takes no equity, not now, not later and not through warrants.
What does Launch cover?
Six topics over four months: founding team and co-founder fit, problem and customer discovery, building the MVP, first paying customers, the business model and early numbers, and company foundations such as registration, IP, grants and partner credits.
Does Launch cover fundraising?
Not as a main topic. Most idea-stage companies are not ready to raise yet, so Launch focuses on the team, the product and first paying customers. It ends with a ready-for-Scale review, and Revise OS includes a grants engine and partner credits in the meantime.
How long is Launch, and is it remote?
Four months. It runs online with live workshops every week, so founders join from across Africa and beyond. Access to Revise OS lasts twelve months.
I only have an idea. Should I apply?
If nothing is built yet, start with the free founder community, co-founder matching and our founder guides. Apply once you have an MVP or first users, so the four months go into customers rather than setup.
How do I apply?
There is one application for both tracks. Create a free account, fill in the application in about five minutes and choose Launch. A person reads every application and we reply within a week.
Ready to launch?
One application, about five minutes. A person reads it, and we reply within a week either way.
