LandSale Africa:
land and buyers,
without the middlemen.
A map-first land marketplace for Kenya, where buyers and sellers talk directly, with no broker and no commission.

Most land changes hands
out of sight.
In Kenya, much of the land that is for sale never appears in a public listing. It moves through brokers, WhatsApp groups and word of mouth, and the buyer rarely meets the seller until late in the deal. LandSale started from that gap.
Sellers do not advertise
Many owners would sell to the right buyer but never list publicly, so buyers only see a small part of what is available.
Every step adds a cut
Brokers and agents sit between buyer and seller, adding commission and making it hard to know who you are dealing with.
Buyers cannot say what they want
There is no simple way for a buyer to tell owners in an area: this is my budget, this is the size I need, this is where.
A map of land,
and of the people who want it.
LandSale puts both sides of the market on one map of Kenya. Sellers show where their land is. Buyers show where they want to buy and what they can pay, without revealing who they are.

- Seller listings: drop a pin or draw the plot on the map, then add acres, total price, freehold or leasehold, photos and a short description. A title deed can be added privately.
- Buyer requests: pick one or more areas, a total budget in KSh and the land you need. Active requests appear on the map anonymously.
- Matching: listings and requests are matched when the areas overlap and the size and price fit.
- Privacy first: a buyer’s contact details stay hidden until they agree, and conversations happen in the app.
- No commission: free for buyers and sellers, with sign-in by email code or Google.
Three steps,
no broker.
The flow is built so either side can start, and so nobody’s phone number is shared before they choose.
Buyers post what they want
Where, how many acres, what budget and what the land is for. The request shows on the map without the buyer’s name.
Sellers list or suggest land
Owners list a plot, or suggest their land to a buyer whose request fits.
Talk directly
When the buyer agrees, both sides talk in the app and take it from there, with no commission.
Try it on landsale.africaGo to market first,
then the raise.
LandSale is in the Revise Accelerator. Like every member, it follows the programme order: prove the market works, then prepare to raise.
Which side to grow first
A marketplace is only useful when both sides show up. The first focus is getting real buyer requests on the map in a few areas, so sellers have a reason to list.
Making direct deals feel safe
Private title deeds, reporting, clear terms and contact only by consent. In land, trust decides whether people use the product at all.
Ready to raise when the numbers are real
The funding half of the programme comes once the market is moving: story, data room and model, then introductions.
Early, and honest
about it.
LandSale launched publicly in October 2026, so it is early. We will update this story with real numbers on buyers, listings and matches as they come in.
Kenya first
Build depth in the areas where buyers are already looking before expanding.
More sellers on the map
Bring owners who would never advertise publicly, by showing them real demand near their land.
Easier sign-in
Phone sign-in is planned, alongside email codes and Google.
